A MAN who blamed his sleazy moves on Gangnam Style has been banned from drinking in every pub across Scotland for six months.

Derek Kerr, who lost his job as a local authority IT consultant after being convicted of dancefloor sex attacks, was given the conduct order as he avoided being jailed yesterday.

The 37-year-old father-of-two was ordered to carry out 200 hours unpaid work and placed on the Sex Offenders Register for 30 months by Sheriff John Rafferty.

He told Kerr at Perth Sheriff Court: "I am going to make a conduct requirement, preventing him from consuming alcohol in any licensed premises for a period of six months.

"I don't think you are an alcoholic, but you do have an issue with behaviour when you have been drinking and this order gives you the opportunity to address that."

The sheriff had found Kerr, of Keathbank Court, Blairgowrie, guilty of sexually assaulting two teenagers at the town's Cartwheel Inn.
