LINGERIE tycoon Michelle Mone has instructed Scotland's "Mr Loophole" to represent her at her forthcoming traffic court cases.

The owner of lingerie and swimwear firm MJM International has hired road traffic specialist Graham Walker to defend her against speeding and mobile phone driving charges.

Ms Mone, who has just signed a film and book autobiography deal, is accused of driving at 70mph on the M77 Dumbreck Road junction in Glasgow, which has a speed limit of 50mph. The alleged offence is said to have taken place on March 24 last year.

The 42-year-old of Thorntonhall, South Lanarkshire, is also charged with driving on the M8 in Glasgow while using a mobile phone on August 12 last year.

Her mobile phone case called for a pre-trial hearing yesterday at the court where she was not present but was represented. Both cases will call at Glasgow's Justice of the Peace Court this month.

Mr Walker represented Australian cricketer Shane Warne, 43, who was caught travelling at 103mph on the M74 near Gretna on September 17, 2012.
