Senior moment
Dance Ihayami join members of the Fife Performance Ensemble to give a taster of what is on offer at a forthcoming arts festival by and for older people.
Luminate, which runs from October 1 to 31, is being held for the third time and will include slam poetry, film showings, workshops and art exhibition.
It is being held at venues across the country, from the Ghillie Dhu in Edinburgh to the Aros Centre on the Isle of Skye.
