Police have released footage of man they want to speak to regarding a serious assault in Glasgow.

The assault took place in Summerston, Glasgow, on Thursday, May 15, this year.

Around 9.05am that day a 35-year-old man was seriously assaulted in Gorstan Street, Summerston, near to the Asda Store.

The suspect then made off in the direction of Arrochar Street towards Invershiel Road.

Officers are keen to speak to the man in the image as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.

He is described as being white, around 5ft10 in height and of slim build.

At the time, he was wearing dark trousers, dark shoes and a dark coloured hooded top with yellow stripes on the arms.
