M8 reopens between Anderston and Charing Cross following police incident
A SECTION of the motorway in Glasgow has re-opened following a police incident.
The M8 had been closed between junction 19 Anderston Cross and junction 18 Charing Cross, and police had confirmed they were in attendance.
But traffic is returning to normal slowly.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “The matter has been resolved and the carriageway is being reopened.”
