THREE Rangers fans have reportedly been accused of sexually harassing air stewardesses on a flight to Berlin.
They were arrested by police when their EasyJet flight landed and have been accused by police of "insult and coercion on a sexual basis".
The trio, none of whom have been identified, were travelling on a flight from Edinburgh to Berlin-Schoenefeld Airport to watch the Ibrox club take on Red Bull Leipzig in a friendly in Germany.
German police are said to have identified the three as Rangers fans who were drunk and were insulting to Easyjet crew and other passengers.
Federal police said the fans were released following questioning and after they had established their identities. Three crew members have reportedly filed a complaint claiming they were assaulted.

It is understood several police and ambulances were on the scene waiting for the plane's arrival in Berlin.
Easyjet confirmed there was a police investigation but were unable to discuss the substance of it.
An Easyjet spokesman said: "I can confirm that three passengers, who were behaving in a disruptive manner during flight EZY6977 from Edinburgh to Berlin on 14 January, were met by police on arrival in Berlin."
He said 'the return sectors of the passengers' tickets have been cancelled as a result of their behaviour'.
It is understood Easyjet staff had to change several dirty seats and seat covers from the plane after the flight, which resulted in a return flight being delayed for over two hours.
Around 8,000 fans saw Rangers lose 4-0 in the friendly.
During the match, a Rangers fan fell over a 20-foot barrier onto the concrete ground at the stadium in Leipzig and was taken to hospital A Red Bull Leipzig spokesman said the fan was attempting to do a handstand, and was lucky to escape with only light injuries.
An Easyjet spokesman added: “Whilst they are rare, easyJet takes all incidents of disruptive behaviour seriously. easyJet’s crew are trained to assess and evaluate all incidents and act appropriately and we will not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour.
“The safety of its passengers and crew is the airline’s highest priority.”
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
