Johnston Press in £3.6m property deal
PUBLISHING group Johnston Press has raised £3.6m from the sale of an office building in Sheffield to Toscafield Property 2 Limited. The group, whose titles include The Scotsman and Sheffield Telegraph, said the building is currently occupied by sales and editorial staff. They will move to new fit-for-purpose premises. It will book a £1.7m gain on the sale of the building.
