LAW firm Pinsent Masons has bought the Brook Graham diversity and inclusion consultancy for an undisclosed sum. It said the enlarged group created by the acquisition would offer a more holistic approach to developing commercially and legally sustainable solutions for creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces. Senior partner Richard Foley said London-based Brook Graham is scalable with a strong reputation and an impressive client base. He added: “D&I is high on the agenda for organisations ... I’m confident that clients will reap the benefits of this valuable combined offering.”
