HEATLIE WILSON (JOHN ADAM WILSON). (Edinburgh, Lanark, Stranraer and Alloa). On 22nd June 2017, aged 65, at the Marie Curie Hospice, Fairmilehead, Edinburgh, after several months of illness, borne with great stoicism and acceptance. Son of the late Rev. Andrew Heatlie and Mrs Helen (Nina) Heatlie, and brother of Helen. Sorely missed by all his family and many friends, both at home and abroad, made through his teaching career and hobbies including music, curling and world travel. Funeral private. Details of a memorial celebration to be announced later. Donations in his memory can be made to Marie Curie Hospice, 45 Frogston Road West, Edinburgh EH10 7DR or George Heriot's Trust.
