IT may have been a night to forget for Celtic against Paris Saint-Germain last night, but the Hoops' youngsters came much closer than their senior counterparts to recording a memorable result.
The Bhoys Under-19s led twice against their illustrious opponents before eventually succumbing to a 3-2 defeat in Dumbarton.
However, there was a silver lining as Jack Aitchison applied the finishing touch to a wonderful team move that gave Tommy McIntyre's side the lead for the second time on the 53rd minute.

Celtic stringed together 20 passes before a beautifully weighted through ball from Ewan Henderson sent Aitchison through on goal to finish.
"Some of our play was excellent," said Celtic coach McIntyre after the game.
"We controlled the game in the first half and we scored a fantastic second goal.
"We were naïve in losing the second goal and the penalty miss could have made a difference. But we hung in there, played our game and created chances."
