A QUARTET of lucky punters were presented with top prizes when they were invited to a ceremony at Lakedale Power Tools in Plumstead last Friday.
All four customers were entered into a competition when the company, which supplies tools, opened a new shop in Plumstead High Street in January.
LPT created six new jobs when it opened and there are plans to bring the company's hire division to Plumstead. One of LPT's partners Mike Gabriel said: "We are still recruiting more and more people because we want to move the other side of our business, hire division."
The prize winners were: Bob Blowfield, from Plumstead, who won the first prize of a 14-inch colour television, followed by Robin Marks, from Erith, who was given a mountain bike. The third prize of a golf bag went to Aaron Haines, from Bexleyheath, while Kate Simpson, from Woolwich, received a cordless drill.
