Borders speed cameras vandalised

TWO speed cameras have been vandalised in the Scottish Borders.

The cameras on the A68 at Huntford and Camptown were targeted over the weekend, bringing the total number of cameras attacked in the area with a saw to six.

The two cameras attacked are the first two in Scotland after crossing the border at Carter Bar. Police are investigating the incident and treating it as theft, vandalism and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
