A NEPALESE chef has been convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl on a Dunoon beach, while his co-accused has been found guilty of having underage sex with another 14-year-old.
Prakash Giri, 29, had denied rape, while Arjun Kharel claimed he believed the other girl was 18. Sentence was deferred.
