Prosecutors want an administrator appointed to offload the four-bedroom villa after becoming exasperated at Stevenson's failure to sell it.
The 47-year-old – known as Iceman – put the property in East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, on the market after being ordered to hand over almost £750,000 under proceeds of crime laws.
