A DRUNKEN former fire chief blocked a bus before struggling with police and being arrested, Kilmarnock Sherriff Court has heard.
Former fire service watch commander Kevan Sweeney, 45, shouted and swore near his home in Skelmorlie, Ayrshire. He pled guilty to a public order offence, but sentence was deferred.
