A MAN left in prison for two weeks after prosecutors had dropped charges against him said he had been jailed "for having ginger hair".
Max Macaskill – who wants compensation – was accused of stealing computer games equipment from a Dundee store. He was remanded in custody but prosecutors decided to ditch the charges on August 20. He was kept in custody for another two weeks.
