Ian Wilson, 41, targeted the females, who cannot be named, for legal reasons, at addresses in the Fife area on occasions between January 2000 and November 2012.
The High Court in Edinburgh heard that Wilson also subjected a number of other girls and women to a series of terrifying physical and sexual assaults which began in January 1993.
Wilson also repeatedly battered a boy who was just six when the abuse began in Fife in January 1993.
Judge Lord Kinclaven told Wilson that he would be supervised for four years after his release.
Wilson, a prisoner of HMP Barlinnie, Glasgow, was convicted of sexual and physical assault charges at the High Court last month.
Sentence had been deferred to obtain reports.
Defence solicitor advocate Brian Gilfedder said his client had a drink problem and that he was drunk when he committed the offences.
