A mAN who was jailed after causing the death a young footballer by driving dangerously has been given the chance to get his licence back early.
Ryan Cardosi was banned from driving for 10 years for causing the death of 17-year-old Scott MacKenzie in Caithness. He has now successfully petitioned to have his licence restored, although he will still have to sit a test.
