Killer fails in bid to get jail term cut

Road rage killer Kenneth Noye has failed in a bid to get his jail term reduced.

The Court of Appeal has refused him permission to challenge the minimum 16-year term he was ordered to serve in 2000. Noye, 65, was given a life sentence for murdering Stephen Cameron, 21, on an M25 slip road in Kent in 1996.
