A MAN who was allegedly ordered to execute a young Scots father kidnapped in the Algarve has been handed over to Portuguese police.
James Ross, 28, suffered a horrific 13-day ordeal after being abducted at Faro Airport in October 2010.
His captors hacked off one of his ears, two fingers and three toes before he managed to escape.
