Mikaeel post teenager guilty

A TEENAGER has pled guilty to posting an offensive comment on Facebook in relation to the death of three-year-old Mikaeel Kular, a court official said.

Warren Butler, 19, of Carlisle, Cumbria, admitted the charge of improper use of a communications network under section 127 of the Communications Act (2003) during a hearing at Aldershot Magistrates' Court.

The case was adjourned until March 11 at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court for sentence and Butler was released on conditional bail until then.

Rosdeep Kular, 33, has been charged under her married name of Adekoya with the murder of her son.
