A nursery worker has appeared in court on a petition alleging he had possession of indecent images of children.
Danny Kilburn, who has worked at four nurseries in Dundee, faces a total of four charges relating to child pornography.
He made a brief appearance in private at Perth Sheriff Court on a petition alleging he was caught with indecent images of children being sexually abused.
