Paedophile sues for £20,000

A CONVICTED paedophile branded a "dangerous psychopath" by a judge is in line for a second compensation windfall from prison chiefs after complaining about his toothache treatment.

Neil Robertson, 48, first sued the Scottish Prison Service in 2009 after blaming Peterhead Prison staff for failing to secure him an NHS dentist. Now, he has launched a second legal action against the service, claiming the treatment he initially received was not good enough and demanding £20,000 compensation.
