Emergency services were called to the scene at 15 Blairlogie Street in the Ruchazie area of Glasgow at 4.50am yesterday.
The man, thought to be around 50, had suffered serious injuries and was declared dead at the scene.

POLICE are investigating the suspicious death of a man whose body was found in a close.
