Scot sleeping rough in London strangled

POLICE are investigating the murder of a Scot who had been sleeping rough in London.

Mark Morrison, 46, was strangled and his body found by police at Marble Arch at around 3.30am on Thursday.

He is understood to have been sleeping on the capital's streets for some time and although police said they knew he was originally from Scotland, they are still trying to trace his next of kin.
