Toby Siddique, 38, was shot dead in Glenrothes on October 24, 2010. His older brother Mo Siddique, 43, was found guilty of his murder. He will appear in court on January 29.

A BUSINESSMAN jailed for life for ordering the killing of his brother over a business dispute is to appeal against conviction.
