A TEENAGER has been convicted of raping a woman as she slept.
At the High Court in Glasgow 19-year-old Ross Wright was found guilty of raping the 25-year-old woman at a house in Clydebank on May 24. The woman and friends had been at a birthday party which the accused also attended. The woman later went to sleep in a bedroom of the house and was woken up by Wright having sex with her. Sentence was deferred until December 1.
