Trio in court over attack

Three men have appeared in court in connection with the attempted murder of a 16-year-old boy.

The teenager was found with serious injuries in a courtyard in Prince Edward Street in Govanhill, Glasgow early on Sunday, February 17.

Michael Beuckmann, Corrie McLaren and Dylan Stewart, all aged 19 and from Glasgow, appeared at the city's sheriff court charged with attempted murder and assault to severe injury, permanent disfigurement and to the danger of life. McLaren and Stewart are further accused of acting in a racially aggravated manner to cause distress.
