A MAN who raped and abused a young boy and girl more than 30 years ago has been jailed for seven years.
But as they left the High Court in Edinburgh, Francis O'Neill's victims dismissed the sentence as "a joke". O'Neill, 61, of Whithorn, denied the claims but was found guilty of charges including rape.
