Wife 'offered help to terror accused'

The estranged wife of a man accused of being part of a trio planning a huge suicide terror plot offered to be the group's "fourth lion", a court heard yesterday.

In a reference to the terrorist spoof film Four Lions, Salma Kabal told her husband Ashik Ali she could be the "lioness" of the group, who were allegedly planning an attack bigger than the July 7, 2005 atrocities, Woolwich Crown Court heard.
