Woman punished for attacks

A WOMAN who stabbed her father-in-law and drove a camper van at him and her husband after appearing on the Jeremy Kyle show has been sentenced to 240 hours of community work.

Lorna Tulloch and husband Michael, 53, were filmed for the show in July 2012 after she accused him of cheating but weeks later she attacked him and his 77- year-old father.

Tulloch, 43, of Forres, Moray, admitted assaulting both men by driving the camper van at them in the grounds of Glenburgie Distillery on August 8 last year, and stabbing her father-in-law.

Pre-sentencing reports said it appeared Tulloch had suffered "physical and psychological abuse throughout her marriage".

Lord Jones told her at the High Court in Glasgow that in other circumstances he would have jailed her.
