The Branching Out programme encourages people to use woodland spaces, undertake conservation activities and learn basic wilderness survival skills.
The latest groups to sprout up in central Scotland are in Cumbernauld and East Kilbride and more groups are also being planned for the area, so the total will now be three groups in the north and three in the south, enabling even more patients to be helped.
