PUPILS from a private school in Aberdeen forced to close by the Scottish Government will continue their education today at a mothballed council primary school.

Aberdeen City Council said more than 100 pupils had been offered places at the Braeside Primary building. Staff from the council's education department will teach the children.

Hamilton School shut on Friday on the orders of the Scottish Government. The move came after education inspectors delivered a damning report, saying they were not confident children were "safe and well cared for".
