EDUCATION Secretary Michael Russell has welcomed the launch of a new centre to promote business enterprise at a Glasgow college.
The Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at Stow College seeks to encourage local businesses to support a new generation of students who will help re-energise Glasgow's economy.
Robert McGrory, the college principal, said it was "imperative for economic recovery" to encourage and develop an enterprise and entrepreneurial mindset in learners.
