Graduate's praise for Top-Up

THE Top-Up programme run by Glasgow University was crucial to Adam D'Arcy's successful university career.

Growing up in Yoker on the western outskirts of Glasgow, Adam did not initially consider higher education because none of his immediate family had gone to university.

However, after doing well in his Standard Grades, teachers at the former St Andrews Secondary School in Clydebank made him aware of the Top-Up programme.
