MSP steps in to school roll row

The Scottish Government is being urged to reject controversial moves to cut hundreds of homes out of the catchment area of one of Scotland’s top-performing schools.

An MSP has written to Education Secretary Fiona Hyslop asking her to intervene in an ongoing row over entry to St Ninian’s High School, in Giffnock, near Glasgow.
