The shipments of Scotland’s most hazardous junk are bound for foreign countries -- usually impoverished third world nations.
The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (Sepa), the government’s green watchdog, has this year tackled export containers full of broken TVs, computers, old fridges, worn-out tyres and even clapped-out cars.
