MISTAKES managing patients' medication at a Scottish hospice have been highlighted in an inspection report.
Staff at St Andrew's Hospice, in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire made 11 such errors in seven months, according to a probe conducted by officials from Healthcare Improvement Scotland.
Geoff Sage, chief executive of the hospice, said it had tightened up on its procedures.
