Pregnancy is world's biggest killer of teenage girls

PREGNANCY is the biggest killer of teenage girls in the world, a children's charity has warned.

A report, published by Save the Children, says that one million teenage girls die or are injured because of pregnancy or childbirth each year. It also warns that girls aged under 15 are five times more likely to die during pregnancy than women in their 20s.
