Philipp Bonhoeffer, who was dismissed from the London hospital in May 2010, was judged to have caressed the private parts of a boy aged 10 or younger in France in 1997.
A fitness to practise panel of the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service in Manchester also found that he had behaved in an inappropriate manner towards youngsters in Kenya.
