TRIED AND TESTED: Soothing a stubborn joint injury with FLEXISEQ

WHAT IS IT?

A drug-free gel, clinically proven to relieve pain and ease joint stiffness associated with osteoarthritis, FLEXISEQ is designed to be applied to skin twice daily and works by penetrating into the synovial fluid between the bones, helping restore some of the lubrication and promising lasting relief.

WHAT'S IT LIKE?

A stubborn knee injury from my rugby days flares up every now and then, so I'm always on the hunt for effective treatments. As instructed, I apply a layer of gel across the whole of the knee area and wait for it to dry, which takes about 12 minutes (but it's important the gel's fully dry before covering, so it absorbs properly). It doesn't set to work instantly, but by the middle of the next day, my moderate-level soreness has certainly improved, and I'm not wincing and hobbling quite so much. I'll definitely try this again during future flare-ups.
