PLANS are about to go on public display for a £25 million wind farm in the Scottish Borders.
TCI Renewables want to erect nine turbines at Rumbleton Rig Farm near Greenlaw, Berwickshire. The local community will get its chance to view the plans at an exhibition in Greenlaw's Fairbairn Hall next week.
