Northern Constabulary is to report 44 people to the procurator-fiscal in connection with drug supply, possession and cultivation offences.
It follows an operation which seized £12,000 worth of drugs after 43 properties were searched.
As part of Operation Ram, officers have spent the past 10 days targeting drug dealers at locations across the Highlands and Islands.
