Alan Matthews, 39, had £14,560 seized after being sentenced to six years in prison in August this year for supplying amphetamine, cannabis and cocaine, after police officers discovered it in a raid on a farm he rented in Paisley.
Marshall MacKenzie, 63, from Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire, was subjected to a £44,000 confiscation order.
MacKenzie's car was stopped by police on the M74 with amphetamine inside. His home was later searched and £4900 cash found, along with amphetamine paste from his Volkswagen Camper.
He is currently serving almost three years in prison for supplying the drug.
Lindsey Miller, head of the Serious and Organised Crime Division, said: "The Crown remains committed to disrupting drug dealing operations across Scotland in every way we can, from prosecuting those involved to ensuring that their illegal profits are taken away from them."
