The Campaign for Real Ale (Camra) has hit back at criticisms from pioneering micro-brewers Brew Dog that it is old-fashioned and would “put your grandparents to sleep”.
BrewDog, which is based in Fraserburgh, with new bars in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, made the claims after it pulled out of the organisation’s British Beer Festival, which launches in London today.
