PASSENGERS at Glasgow Airport have been promised improved services through a customers charter which will allow them to give feedback on their experience.

It includes commitments for airport staff to be helpful, efficient and knowledgeable and for the airport to be clean and litter-free.

A new interactive customer feedback station has been installed – believed to be the first of its kind in the UK – which will allow passengers to give "instant feedback".

Amanda McMillan, managing director of Glasgow Airport, said: "We believe this approach will enable us to build upon current standards and ultimately lift Glasgow Airport to a new level."
