All-star judges for book prize

AN all-star judging panel has been drafted in to choose the winner of this year's Dundee International Book Prize.

Novelist AL Kennedy, Hollywood star Brian Cox and television presenter Lorraine Kelly will be joined by architect Lord Norman Foster and leading literary agent Claire Alexander to form the judging group.

Now in its ninth year, the book prize is open to local writers and authors from around the world and is highly valued by those seeking to break into the publishing world.
