A NEW land classification should be introduced to boost housing supply and development opportunities, says a new report.The creation of "amberfield" sites is vital to the UK's economic growth, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has claimed.
Under its proposals, local authorities will have to identify such land to be developed within five years.
