Another star role for Mirren

SHE has all the baubles that follow a remarkable acting career, but for Dame Helen Mirren nothing beats Tinseltown's ultimate accolade.

The British performer, who won an Oscar for her portrayal of The Queen in the 2006 film, finally got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Dame Helen was given No 2488 at 6714 Hollywood Boulevard. She is currently starring in Hitchcock, as the director's wife, a role which has brought her a Golden Globe nomination. Picture: Getty Images
