Appeal made over missing pregnant woman

Police have appealed for information from the public after a pregnant woman was reported missing.

Officers said they are anxious to trace Ghi Pa Truong, also known as Hai Nguyen, who went missing from the Foresterhill area of Aberdeen.

The 31-year-old was last seen at about 5.30pm on Monday.

She is described as 5ft 2ins, slim and with a pregnant bump.

She has long straight black hair past her shoulders which was tied up at the time. She was wearing a black top with thick green horizontal stripes and black leggings.

Grampian Police are appealing for her to get in touch or for a family member to confirm that she is safe and well.

The force also appealed for anyone who might know her whereabouts or believes they may have seen her to contact officers by calling 101.
